He is the founder partner of our firm having varied experience of more than 4 decades in carrying out Professional Assignments in Merchant Banking, Financial Services, Management Consultancy, Taxation, Auditing and Company Law Matters. He is the guiding force of our firm which helps the team to work with full zeal and enthusiasm.

He served as a Member, Central India Regional Council (CIRC) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) from 1995-98 and 1998- 2001. He also held other positions including Chairman CIRC in 2000-2001. He was selected as Co-opted Member of the Committee on Economic, Laws & WTO (CECL & WTO) of the ICAI for the year 2015-16 and earlier as Member of Expert Advisory Committee of the ICAI. He was nominated as Public Representative Director of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for three years on the council of management of Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd. From 1999-2000 and again in
1994-95. He has keen interests in economics and finance.

Mr. Jai Prakash Gupta has been associated with the firm since 1990 and brings over three decades of professional experience in Auditing, Taxation, and Company Law matters. As one of the key pillars of the firm, his extensive practical experience spans audits of public sector enterprises, private companies, trusts, charitable institutions, societies, firms, non-profit organizations, and externally aided social projects.

He serves as a technical guide on significant assignments of the firm and is valued for his professional skepticism and depth of knowledge. His current focus areas include statutory audits, C&AG audits, bank audits, stock audits, internal audits, information system audits, forensic audits, direct taxation, and related consultancy services. He also represents clients in appellate matters before the relevant authorities.

Kartik Bapna has been a cornerstone of our firm since 2011, bringing extensive expertise in Auditing & Assurance, FEMA, Management Consultancy, and Merchant Banking. With prestigious qualifications and a strong academic foundation, Kartik excels at delivering precise and insightful analysis. His proficiency in Forensic Audit & Fraud Detection has established him as a go-to expert for complex financial challenges, including due diligence and specialized monitoring.

His strategic acumen and innovative problem-solving skills have earned him the trust of leading corporate houses, especially in “Special Situation Advisory”. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver impactful results, he is highly respected and admired by clients and peers alike.

CA Gyan Chand Jain has been associated with our firm since 2008. As the senior-most partner of the firm, he brings over 45 years of professional experience and valuable insights gained through an extensive career.

His areas of expertise include Company Law matters, conveyancing and drafting of legal documents, and advisory under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

Alongside his professional work, he has mentored young professionals and contributed to the growth of the firm through his emphasis on sound legal foundations and ethical practice.

She has been associated with the firm since 2009 and has significant experience in project financing, working capital funding (both fund-based and non-fund-based), and financial consultancy with various banks and financial institutions.

She secured an All-India Rank 2 in the Information Systems Audit (ISA) qualification of ICAI, reflecting her strong academic and professional competence. Currently, she focuses on debt syndication and debt restructuring advisory. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited.

Vijay Jain has been associated with the firm since 2013 and brings expertise across multiple professional areas. His practice focuses on domestic and international tax compliance, assisting clients under various direct and indirect tax laws.

He has extensive experience in statutory and concurrent audits of banks and stock audits. In addition, he advises on transfer pricing and non-resident taxation matters.

She has expertise of over 8 years in Statutory Audit and Indirect Taxation, she always brings vibrant energy to the firm through her presentation skills. She is a smart worker and thrives on achieving results by indulging in the understanding of the business processes and alerting them with best practices for achieving optimization.

Anurag has been associated with the firm since 2022. He is actively involved in the audit and assurance function, with a key focus on Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Rahul is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and risk management. With prior experience at Big 4 firms, he has led audits for listed and multinational companies across sectors such as manufacturing, services, and startups, and has worked extensively with Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.

Priyanka Jakhotia has been associated with the firm since 2015, She has nearly a decade of experience in Auditing and Assurance Services, with specialization in the banking sector. She has handled Central Statutory, Concurrent, Stock, and ASM (Special Monitoring) Audits, including audits of Stressed Asset Management Branches of various public sector banks. Her professional approach and deep understanding of banking operations make her a key asset to the firm’s audit practice.

Vishal Singh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of post-qualification experience in the fields of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audit, Taxation, and Accounts.
He has been associated with the firm since 2023 and is actively engaged in handling Audit, Review, Taxation, and Management Consultancy assignments.

Vinod Sharma has been associated with the firm for over three decades, with extensive experience in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and legacy matters under Service Tax and VAT.

He applies his practical understanding of accounting principles and GST procedures to client matters and plays an active role in client coordination, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.

A lawyer by qualification, Amarjeet Singh Mongia has been associated with the firm since the early 1990s, contributing to its legal and taxation framework since its formative years.
